Here are some answers that might help.
Are your templates suitable in my country?
Short answer? YES!
Longer answer: You, as a business, MUST follow the laws that apply to EACH person in your audience (even people who are on your email list but aren’t actually customers yet). And when you’re doing business online, that could be quite literally anywhere on the planet. All of our templates are specifically created for WORLDWIDE protection for this very reason. (We won’t pretend to know every nuance of every law in every country, but with 12+ years of experience, we’re pretty good at covering the important stuff).
Can I buy just one template?
Yep. You can buy a single template, a pre-made bundle of templates, or access to ALL of them with the Qontract+ membership. Check out the Shop to see them all.
Do you provide support?
Basic support is provided with every purchase. If you have difficulties accessing your purchase, something isn’t working right, or you’re just not sure how to use it – just drop us an email or use the contact form here.
Premium support is included only with the Template Toolbox membership. We’ll answer questions taking into account your unique circumstances & even provide custom contract wording (if needed).
Can I edit the legal templates?
Yes! All documents are provided in both PDF and .rtf format (which is editable in any word processing software such as Google Docs or Microsoft Word).
Note: we DON’T sell fill-in-the-blank template docs. Instead, you answer some questions about your business (like taking an online quiz), and our system puts together the best legal wording for you based on your unique answers. You CAN still edit the final document as much as you want, but you shouldn’t need to.
Is there a discount for buying multiple templates?

Plus we periodically send our templates for review & feedback to lawyers in various countries to ensure they are suitable for global use & up-to-date.
