FAQs
Who can become an affiliate?
Anyone can apply! We have a strict review process & only accept affiliates who we believe fit with our brand & values. Submit your application to find out if you’re approved.
Do I really need a PayPal account?
Currently, all affiliate payments are made exclusively through PayPal.
You MUST have a PayPal account to get paid.
Your Affiliate account email address MUST match the email on your PayPal account in order to get paid.
How much will I get paid?
You will make a minimum of 20% commission on all affiliate sales. Your commission rate will increase as you hit certain thresholds (e.g. 5 affiliate sales will bump you up to 30% commission rate from sale #6 onward).
You can see all eligible sales & commissions earned in your Affiliate Dashboard.
When will I get paid?
Commission payments are paid through PayPal on the 1st of every month for commissiones earned at least 37 days before that payment date.
This is because we have a 30-day refund policy, so commissions are frozen for the refund window + 7 days before we pay them out to you.
How can I track what I've earned?
We believe in full transparency. Your Affiliate Dashboard will show all tracked website visits using your Affiliate links, as well as successful sales & amount of commission earned on each.
Why can't I use paid ads?
The main reason is that there are strict rules to follow when advertising in our industry, and we don’t want legal headaches (for YOU and for US). It’s our business & our brand on the line!
Also, we find that our Affiliates are more successful when sharing our stuff with their own organic audiences. So this policy is win-win!
Someone I referred didn't use my link, can I still get paid?
Unfortunately, it’s a no.
A customer must use your unique Affiliate link in order for a sale to be credited to you.
I referred someone, but I'm not seeing a commission in my account?
We’re really sorry if this happened, but unfortunately it does happen occassionally.
We use cookies to track visits made with affiliate links. This is the standard way for most affiliate programs, but it has its limitations. Here are a few reasons why you didn’t get credit for the sale:
– the customer didn’t use your Affiliate link (whether intentially or unintentionally).
– the customer visited our site using your link but then purchased on a different device (cookies don’t transfer to other devices).
– the customer has a browser setting that blocks all cookies.
– the customer used your link but didn’t decide to buy until 7+ days later (the cookie expires after 7 days).
If you think something else went wrong, or you’re repeatedly having problems with referrals showing up, please contact us.
