By participating in the This Mum Loves Tech x On Your Own Terms - Workshop Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to these terms and conditions (the "Giveaway T&Cs") which are entered into between you (referred to as "you" or "your") and On Your Own Terms, a business located at 3640 Concord Pike #1209 Wilmington, DE 19803, USA (referred to as "OYOT”, "we", "our", or "us").

Who is eligible to participate:

The Giveaway competition is open to participants from anywhere in the world.

To be eligible to win the Main Prize, you must:

1) be a paying member of This Mum Loves Tech,

AND

2) you must attend live for the This Mum Loves Tech workshop on 2 Dec 2025 at 13:00-14:00 (the “Live Workshop”).

To be eligible to win one of the Additional Prizes, you must only enter the competition. No live attendance is required.

You must be over 18 years old on the date of your entry to be eligible for a Prize.

Prize details:

For the purposes of these Giveaway T&Cs, you are entering into a competition to receive:

MAIN PRIZE

1x Website Protection Bundle (the "Main Prize"), which is valued at $60. This includes creating your documents from the bundle live on the workshop on 2 Dec 2025.

 

ADDITIONAL PRIZES

2x Really Easy Refund Policy course, valued at $27 each.

There will be 3 winners, each of which will receive 1 prize.

No purchase is necessary. You do not have to pay anything to participate in the Giveaway or to receive a Prize if you are a winner.

How to enter:

To enter the Giveaway, you must fill out the entry form located at https://onyourownterms.net/2dec25-giveaway.

All Giveaway entries must be received between the 24 Nov 2025 at 00:01 UTC and 2 Dec 2025 at 12:00 UTC at which time the Giveaway will be officially closed.

Only one entry per person for this Giveaway will be accepted.

How we will choose the winner:

The winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

The winners will be announced on 2 December 2025 during the Live Workshop.

The winners of the Additional Prizes will also be notified by email immediately after the Live Workshop

Claiming/using a Prize:

If you are a winner of the Main Prize, you must claim/use your Prize by during the live workshop on 2 Dec 2025.

If you are a winner of one of the Additional Prizes, you must claim/use your Prize by 31 Jan 2026.

If you do not see the announcement about the winner or are unaware that you are a Prize winner for any reason, we are not responsible for you failing to claim your Prize.

It is your responsibility to ensure you don’t let any unclaimed Prize expire. If you don’t claim/use a Prize and allow it to expire, you will not receive any compensation.

Any prize you win is subject to our Terms & Conditions for Digital Purchases, and by entering this giveaway competition, you agree to abide by those legal terms should you win a prize.

Additional terms:

• We will not be responsible for any entries we don’t receive, regardless of the reason. We take no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
• OYOT will not be suffer any financial or legal consequences (aka liability) if the named Prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
• You agree that, to the fullest extent allowed by the law, we are not financially or legally responsible (aka liable) for any kind of damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, or consequential, even if the loss/damage was known or could have been predicted. To the extent allowed by relevant law, OYOT’s liability related to the Giveaway or these Giveaway T&Cs is limited to the value of one Prize.
• In any case, our total liability related to the Giveaway or these Giveaway Terms & Conditions is limited to the value of one Prize.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute that Prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
• To the fullest extent allowed by the law, we make no promises (aka warranties) whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes but is not limited to warranties about the Prize being suitable for any particular purposes.
• The name, email address, social media handle(s), and logo or headshot of the winner must be provided to OYOT if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway or these Giveaway T&Cs, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• OYOT’s decisions are final. We will not enter into communications or debates regarding our decisions regarding the Prize, winner(s), or any other part of the Giveaway.
• The winner’s name, social media handle(s), and logo/headshot may be posted on our social media profiles, website, and any of our marketing materials after the winner has been selected.
• Meta (the company which owns Instagram and Facebook) is not in any way affiliated or involved in the Giveaway.
• You give up any current or future claims relating to your entry, eligibility, any Prize, the Giveaway, and/or these Giveaway T&Cs.
• The laws of England apply to interpreting and enforcing these Giveaway T&Cs, and any legal action must only be started in the courts of the City of Worcester, United Kingdom.
